My "line" like that is currently lying on my lap-8 years later! I didn't believe it either Smile

This morning the line is even less obvious 😶 Any recommendations for the most sensitive? X

The pink dye ones are said to be the most sensitive but I haven't personally found a difference between the blue and pink dye. Maybe try a clear blue that dates you or the one that says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant'? How late is your AF?

I think FRERs are as sensitive as you can get. Is your period actually late or were you testing early?

If you used FMU for the second test I would say that you've probably experienced a chemical pregnancy. Maybe get another test to check, in case the second one was faulty?

Chemical pregnancies are really common, it's where the egg gets fertilised, but doesn't implant. They tend to get picked up more these days as people test so early. Previously women probably wouldn't have even been aware of it and just noticed that their period was a few days late and possibly slightly heavier than usual. Sorry if this turns out to be the case for you, I've had a couple and they are a bit upsetting.

When I was in your position, I was told you can have a false negative but not a false positive. So to me this would say you are pregnant as I can definitely see a line! How many days has it been since you ovulated? A chemical pregnancy is also possible as the line is fainter this morning, but don't be disheartened as it isn't necessarily what you're seeing and could be down to the type of test you used. I would recommend trying a clear blue one which says if you are pregnant and also states the number of weeks, as I found them more reassuring. Good luck!

I was also concerned about the possibility of a chemical pregnancy. Definitely test again with a different brand that uses words instead of a line. Good luck! Flowers

I'd maybe just try again in a few days because if you are pregnant the hormone levels will be stronger and you'll get a stronger line - I knew in my head I was pregnant days after conceiving as I started with symptoms but I waited it out until I was exactly 4 weeks after my last period so that hormone levels would be strong enough to pick up a pregnancy.

My period started an hour after this mornings test 5 days late! Back to the calendar 😶
