Hi
I am 37 weeks this weekend.

Baby has been fully engaged since 34 weeks. The last couple of days I have been having sharp short pains in my upper groin on both sides. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it just because baby is so low? 1st baby, due 13th March. Today they have been on and off for the last couple of hours. They only last a few seconds but are pretty painful!!

No, all normal. You have a bony skull trying to fit into your bony pelvis and progesterone relaxing all your ligaments and joints in preparation for birth. We used to call them 'fixing pains'. A nice warm bath and a couple of paracetamol should set you right. Gentle exercise is fine. Good luck.
