Hi littlehelp,

This is my second baby (am only in middle of first trimester) and feel very similar. With baby #1 I was working FT, exercising, feeling generally fine. This time around I am tired, have no motivation, and feel cold and moody most of the time!
I have been putting it down to hormones, dealing with another child (you are coping with 3 other children while being pregnant - and pregnancy IS tiring), and it being winter and rather cold outside. Last time around I got pregnant in the summer so it was easy to be out and about.

Try not to be too hard on yourself - try going out for a walk in the sunshine for 20 mins or so and increasing the time little by little. If you are over 14 weeks you can join prenatal exercise classes - could be helpful?
