Do you always bleed when you have a miscarriage?

I found out I was pregnant about a week ago. I had one day of symptoms, exhausted, sick, non stop bathroom visit and headaches. But for the past four days I have felt nothing like I was just sick for a day. I havent bled or had any stomach pains but im really worried. Im only five weeks so havent even seen the midwife yet. Ive quit smoking and have been drinking lots of water but I just cant get this out of my head. Thanks for answering

Symptoms come and go in the early days so try not to worry too much. Looking after yourself is important but so is not getting stressed!
