Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 8+6 and for the past week or so I've been constantly hungry, stomach rumbling hungry but at the same time I don't fancy anything and feel on the verge of spewing. My nausea has really kicked up a notch this past week but eating helps, I know this but the thought of eating (even though I'm hungry ) makes me wretch. The other day I couldn't stomach eating at all, my stomach was rumbling so much but I kept boaking when I tried to eat. Eventually I spewed over and over around 11pm. I ended up force myself to eat around midnight (this had gone on all day).
Also I could have something to eat then around 30 mins give or take later I'm starving again.
It's driving me crazy!!
Any one know my misery and has any advice?

All i can say is I'm suffering with exactly the same thing! And looking for something to stop it! The uncontrollable hunger and utter sickness together is killing me! I've stopped being sick now but just have extreme nausea and hunger pain at the same time! Food is still repulsive! I'm on anti sickness meds which have really helped but I still feel it! I guess it's just a pleasure of being pregnant I suppose. X

I lived on popcorn, crisps and hairdo from 7-10weeks. Occasionally some pineapple if I was feeling adventurous, or maybe even some toast. Just try to eat something, if only to abate the nausea. Doesn't matter what it is, you can sort your eating out once the nausea settles (13 weeks for me).

Smoothies? Something to sip in small amounts help? I found if I didn't force myself to eat when I first got up, I was much worse the whole day.

Been there! Ironically the only time I didn't feel sick was when I was eating! Then I'd finish eating and I feel sick all over again!
Sipping really weak squash seemed to help me, as well as watermelon. Ginger biscuits & rich tea biscuits helped a colleague of mine but did nothing for me. It will pass!

That's exactly how I feel. I feel better once I've eaten but it's the thought of eating sometimes. I've had to go but lots of snacky things I can eat at my desk at work because once my stomach starts rumbling then I know I'm going to start feeling really sick. Pregnancy is such a strange time.

I can safely hazard a guess that 99% of pregnant women have experienced this Grin totally normal.

Eat little and often. Bland food (ready salted crisps, bread, etc), anything you fancy, within reason obviously - antifreeze isn't to be recommended but if all you fancy and can keep down is crisps, then have crisps.

Don't let yourself get too hungry, thirsty or tired, it makes it much worse.
