There is no guidelines. It's whenever you feel ready

About 5 mins! Grin

I don't think there's any reason to delay sex after a c-section. So long as you don't go banging at it hammer and tongs on day 1!

Get comfy, get your partner to do the work, go slow and gentle and try to have a calm orgasm to save your tummy muscles!!

8 days for me but it was no fun. Not excruciatingly painful, but I was worried the incision was going to split open!!

You don't have to start off expecting a Olympic performance though, do you? Just start with what feels right/comfortable and stop if and when it gets uncomfortable.

I was told to wait 6 weeks by my consultant. Wasn't in any rush though! Grin
