I barely put anything on the first 12 weeks, was on course for recommended gain at around 18 weeks and seem to have put on a stone since then, so about 2lbs per week which seems a huge amount. Granted, it's Christmas and I've not been watching what I eat. Other than on my bump, I can't really tell where it's gone either. I'm still in size 12s, just with a massive bump.
Does this seem normal? Is there anything I can do to slow this down?
I plan on eating much healthier and I think I'll ring the antenatal clinic tomorrow. Terrified about pre-eclampsia.
