Hiya all very new to this site, just wondering as I'm now coming up to 4 days late for my period, been having some weird symptoms feeling I was going to have my period but still haven't .... for about two weeks now I've been feeling tired and having strange cramps and my boobs feel like I've been in a fight sad also started having discharge but not an awful lot and feeling like I'm going to come in but never do a feel slightly sick also but that could be my anxiety :/ can anyone shed some light on this as I don't remember any symptoms with my first born slightly scared to test don't want to be disheartened! Thanks to anyone who reads this and responds very grateful for some advice xx

JenLindleyShitMom Thu 22-Dec-16 21:19:11

Now really, how can anyone shed any light? You can only know by doing a test.

BastardGoDarkly Thu 22-Dec-16 21:20:26

You need to piss on a stick, we can't possibly tell you?

Lilly948204 Thu 22-Dec-16 21:20:29

You just need to do a test, no one on here can tell you anything useful sorry x

nichito Thu 22-Dec-16 21:20:58

I'm afraid nobody can tell you whether or not you're pregnant. Some people are pregnant with no symptoms at all, others genuinely have every textbook symptom going and yet are not pregnant.

At four days late, the chances are if you're pregnant, a test will show it. Get thee down the chemist!

Hope you get the result you want flowers

I didn't mean to tell me if I'm pregnant or not just any advice in symptoms people have had before doing a test ? There's no need for the smart answers I'm just drubjbg myself crazy goin to test Saturday morning was just after somebody friendly helpful advice .... cx

JenLindleyShitMom Thu 22-Dec-16 21:36:46

Well stop driving yourself crazy. Pointless waste of energy. Test or don't test but don't drive yourself up the wall guessing. No point trying to guess what the symptoms mean, it could mean yes or no. Everyone experiences it differently. There were no smart answers, just straight ones.

PotteringAlong Thu 22-Dec-16 21:38:24

The helpful advice is take a test and find out...!

user1482440578 Thu 22-Dec-16 21:41:07

JenLindleyShitMom Thu 22-Dec-16 21:44:51

Test before Saturday. Save yourself two long Days of stressing. Give yourself the answer.

raviolidreaming Thu 22-Dec-16 21:54:22

I was due on Monday so tomorrow won't be to soon

If your period was due on Monday then Monday wouldn't have been too soon to test!

JenLindleyShitMom Thu 22-Dec-16 21:56:46

but then I think how ?! When this is our first month trying lol

Err, you know it only takes one time dont you? grin you don't have to build up TTC points in order to win a baby!

user1482440578 Thu 22-Dec-16 21:59:20

This forum is making me feel rather stupid it took me a lot to post on here we defo made sure we "did it" every day while I was ovulating so yeh there's a high chance I'm just not feeling very positive

JenLindleyShitMom Thu 22-Dec-16 22:01:37

Good luck! Hope it's a big fat positive!

user1482440578 Thu 22-Dec-16 22:03:32

Thank lovely yeh be a lovely Christmas present for us ❤️

ifcatscouldtalk Thu 22-Dec-16 22:04:55

Every symptom you have listed is what I get prior to a period. Are you regular as clock work usually? I'm not so that sort of late would not even alert me to anything. Take a test and settle any doubts. If its what you want then I hope you are. All the very best.

MouseLove Thu 22-Dec-16 22:06:57

Ah sorry OP but you're displaying First month trying Classic I'm totally pregnant signs. There's absolutely no proven symptoms before 4-6 weeks and if anything AF and early pregnancy have the same signs and feelings. You're going to drive yourself mental if you get like this every cycle. It might take you a year to conceive, you might already be pregnant. Relax. Enjoy and POAS for the sake of your sanity. If it's a BFN slap yourself and relax. If it's a BFP then you can enjoy Christmas with a baby in your belly. TTC is an emotional character building exercise, be strong.

ifcatscouldtalk Thu 22-Dec-16 22:07:15

oh and come back with the result. smile.

MrsMac1397 Thu 22-Dec-16 22:12:47

When I was pregnant with my Dd1 I had really sore boobs beforehand, I was convinced it was af on its way though.

When I got pregnant with my DD2 we fell pregnant right away in a month we only "did it" once so it's possible to fall really quickly.

Fingers crossed for you!

BastardGoDarkly Thu 22-Dec-16 22:13:32

Oh no ones trying to make you feel stupid op. You're new here, its just how people talk, there's not much sugar coating wink

But there's nowhere better for support of all kinds.

Take a test asap, should you be disappointed it would be better before Christmas eve, you've got a 3 year old! That's a wonderful age at Christmas smile
