Am I being paranoid?

DD was born at 35 weeks due to me having severe pre-eclampsia which went undiagnosed as, although I was having symptoms, my blood pressure was still in "normal" range, although much higher than my normal. Post birth I had an eclamptic seizure and developed HELLP syndrome, was very poorly in intensive care.
I'm now 27 weeks pregnant with DD2. Doing my own BP checks with a loaned monitor, and my BP has been higher than my normal for 2 weeks, although still in normal range. I also have protein in urine discovered when I saw consultant last week. She was on verge of starting medication but decided to watch and wait. Due to see her again next Friday at my next growth scan.
Today I am feeling rough. Been suffering heartburn throughout pregnancy, but it is out of control today. I feel a bit sick. Mild headache but it won't shift, and feeling light headed. Yesterday I had an episode of flashing lights in my vision but that went away quickly.
DH is concerned. And I am too, but part of me thinks I'm being paranoid and over thinking everything because of what happened last time.
So, am I paranoid?

You don't sound paranoid at all.
You're showing signs of preeclampsia and know your normal baselines, get on to your consultant and update them to the change in your symptoms.

Spent half the night in maternity assessment unit, and apparently I'm being paranoid. Still have a headache this morning, but heartburn has settled.
It's exactly how my pre eclampsia started last time but I guess I just have to ignore and get on with it.
