I found out I was pregnant with baby no 2 last week and the test said 2-3 weeks. I'd count this week as week 4 and I am just feeling so tired and nauseas , has anyone else felt like this so early on ? I don't remember feeling like this so early last time and that was only a year and a half ago.

Those tests count from conception so you are actually week 6. Same as me. And yes, the sickness has most definitely started.

Yes, the first I knew about my second pregnancy (as I'd had a BFN a few days before) was throwing up my lunch (a boiled egg as it happens). Felt nauseous from then until around week 16. flowers

My nausea started a day after I missed my period. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and it has been subsiding for a week or so now, thankfully!

Felt sick from week 5 and then the vomiting happened. Till about week 12. But it's a good sign!
