Bad taste during pregnancy

Hey everyone. Im about 7 weeks pregnant and I have an awful taste in my mouth. It's like a horrible morning breath smell but it's the taste and I can't get rid of it. I've read that some people get a metallic taste but it's not that. Has anyone else got this? I work as a dental nurse so I've been flossing and cleaning and using mouth wash and nothing is getting rid of the taste Confused

I had this from about this point I'm afraid. It didn't go away for such a long time, I'm 19 weeks now and think it went around 4 weeks ago. The only thing that got me through was eating plus mint imperials (goodness knows what damage they did to my teeth!). It made me feel sick too and I was generally quite miserable about it sob! I can't really advise anything to help you other than sucky sweets! I didn't find tic tacs helped just mint imperials, the ones that basically finish as though you've eaten a sugar cube! Yummy but bad, so so bad! Best of luck and I hope someone comes on to advise better!

I wouldn't describe my mouth as metallic either but there's definitely something and it's not going away (6+3). It does feel a little bit like morning breath though Rach. Only really noticed it today

I had this and it's horrible!! Started around 7weeks and finally disappeared around a month later. I found nothing really shifted it but mints made it bareable.
