Am I??

I don't really know how to make a new forum so thought I would jump in....

I've been feeling sick
Tired...to the point that I had to take a week off work to sleep.
I've got sore beasts
I've gained weight, a rather round weight, not at the sides, right in the middle, put on some jeans today and they are so uncomfortable to wear, not tight? But feel it pressing on my tummy.
I've been super emotional...ANYTHING sets me off lol.
And about two weeks ago I had a few little spots of blood and nothing more.

Everything right now is pointing to pregnancy and I "feel" pregnant.

But!! I'm on the implant :/ Ive read stories about it happening, a lot more than I would of liked lol. I have done a few tests...all negative. I've spoke to one doctor and got the "oh that's rare to happen so doubt it's that" and that was it. I just don't know where to go from here and what to do!! Any advice would be great

See Dr again. Ask for more investigation

Take another test now it's a few days later

BUT: it could be a number of other things

Have you taken a test?

Im 3 days late and had a faint positive on first response. Im not sure if i am either? Surely it would be darker as im 3 days late??

A faint line is still a line. And that's better than no line. Grinyou can get false negatives but not a false positive!!

The thing that gets me is my "bump" I'm rather round! And it's all front, and if I lay down and press lightly on my base of my tummy I feel tightness and pressure and when I stand it's hard as well.

I eat healthy, go to the gym and don't eat crap, in my eyes I have no reason to be gaining weight, especially bump shaped weight Confused

I've spoken to a doctor and just got told "it's rare" and "unlikely" and won't do anything else. It's rare and unlikely BUT not impossible. I've been driving around quite a bit today, like a normal day.... I had to have a nap Hmm haha!!! Felt so lazy but it was instant.

The past two days I've been having hot flushes as well

I know I sound stupid and it is rare to be pregnant on the implant but as I said it isn't impossible :/ and I know my body and whether it's baby growing or not...something is going on.

I just hope I can convince the doctor to take me seriously

If you were pregnant enough to have those symptoms a test would be positive. There's obviously something going on though so go back to your GP.

I know, well, I've been reading loads of forums on mums net about women falling pregnant on the implant and most didn't know until they were like 4-6 months pregnant and all got negative results until they went for blood tests ect.

Have you asked doctor for a blood test? Xx

Every time I say it they just tell me it's unlikely to happen and brush it off. I'm going to go again tomorrow and hopefully annoy them into one lol

Yes it is unlikely but its not unheard of!! They should do bloods to put your mind at rest!! Xx

You need to go for a scan, the rounded hard tummy sounds like mine when I had a cyst.

Definitely going to go today and see what I can do. It's driving me crazy not knowing what's going on

I'm sure it is OP and the stress could be why you are feeling so tired and emotional. When i've been stressed and worried it made me more tired than this pregnancy ever has.

I'd get bloods done...could be IBS, hernia? Who knows but if it's worrying, keep persevering at the docs. Good luck x

Thank you guys! I finally convinced the doc to send me for blood tests. He's put down on the form no for pregnant because I am on the implant and it's "rare" and is testing for literally everything else, blood count, iron, thyroid, anaemia ect, if I was pregnant it would probably crop up anyway! But at least I'm on my way to finding out what is actually wrong. He said if it all comes back normal they will investigate further....also said we will talk about my mood which annoyed me because he asked how my emotions are ATM haha and I said I am literally feeling all over the place and super emotional about everything lol!
