Is navy blue ok for girls?

Just wondered what people's thoughts were on navy blue pushchairs for girls? I love the navy bugaboo but we don't know what we're having. Is it too boyish?? Xx

When I was a baby all pushchairs and prams were black, pretty much.

I survived, my Mum survived.

So I would say 'yes'.

Are you sure you don't want something a little more gender neutral? She may decide to chose masculine toys like a blue rattle, a blue teddy moving onto trains/cars/pirates and then you're on a slippery route onto her wanting to be male! Unless you're really wishing she was a he...

It's fine. More practical than brighter colours which get grubby, and you could brighten it up with a blanket if you wanted to.

Navy blue sounds very practical, and it'll probably be easy to sell on later when you've finished with it.

Our daughter was dressed in navy so much as a baby, it's a lovely colour. 👍

My DS had a grey pram, DD's was red. I would say both were neutral colours TBH.

I have a girl and used a pinkish pram for her. I would happily have used it for a boy as I liked the colour and it covered stains well

Jesus Christ sorry I asked. I want a neutral one. I don't want pink if it's a girl and I don't want light blue for a boy. I'm wanting a none gender specific colour!

Seriously though navy is great. It goes with lots of colours and really makes a bright pink pop imo. Very stylish.

Our son has loads of pink stuff, loads. Sometimes the pink item has been cheaper than the same blue/green item, so for financial and common sense reasons we've got the pink. He's also the happy recipient of many hand-me-downs.
