Hi all,

I got mine from Argos, I got the larger one. And it's pink Smile. It's amazing I have only jjsy blown it up last week at 31 weeks and I quite enjoy sitting on it gently bouncing as i watch tv in the evenings

Got mine off amazon I think. It's an extra large one as I'm tall. Birthing balls are different to exercise balls iirc, don't remember why. Think I started using mine around 30 weeks.

I just bought an "anti burst" exercise ball from Argos. Used to sit on it watching tv and gently bounce and rotate hips. Baby was transverse for a while and it helped her turn head down. I found it more comfortable than the sofa!

From what I was told maternity ones aren't different to gym balls, but you should get one that is antiburst for safety. The cheaper gym ones might not be. Hips should be above knees. I'm about 5'3 and have a 65cm one but only pumped up to about 55cm. It's the davina one from Argos.

I used one when I was pregnant. It helped take the pressure off my lower back. Now I use to bounce on when my baby needs extra help sleeping. It's brilliant!

We boughtone from argos and I sit on it for around an hour each evening. Baby was in an unstable lie but has now got into correct position. Is it due to birth ball....I font know but potentially and for £5 it was worth it!

I just got a anti burst gym ball from sports direct for 7 pounds, medium size. I started using it from around 37 weeks.
