Last week at 30weeks I went into hospital with reduced movements and cervix pain. Turns out my reduced movements were because baby is kicking my cervix (causing the pain) and not my stomach as he had turned breech!
I had a private scan at 27 weeks which showed him head down so somewhere in those 3 weeks he turned without me knowing, which is a miracle in itself as he's showing to be a porker!
What exercises can I do to try and get him to turn back?
Ecv isn't an option as I've had a pervious csection so I'm desperate to get him head down to deliver naturally.
Any advice, old wives tales, success stories etc will be very much appreciated!
