I'm 11weeks pregnant and since 6 weeks I have been vomiting a lot. 9 times in the last 24 hours and that's normal. The constant nausea means I'm struggling to eat and most of what I bring up is bile. I've now lost 10lbs since conception. Is this something I should worry about and phone the midwife for? I'm quite large and could do with losing some weight!

Doesn't matter how much you weigh, you could have hyperemesis gravidarum so you should definitely see your midwife or doctor as it can cause dehydration...

Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy flowers

Once the sickness passes you'll be fine, I lost 7lb from sickness weeks 7-14, then finally got back to normal and put on a stone and 3lb since, now 33 weeks pregnant

Even if you're literally dripping water droplets on your tongue so not swallowing you'll be hydrated - that's what midwifed said to me, when sickness was bad and in hospital, not expecting you to eat full meals - just drop water on tongue and even the odd dry cracker etc all helps
