I'm struggling really bad with morning sickness and don't know what to do I've tried ginger biscuits and I've stayed away from foods that make me sick but its got to the point that i can only eat crumpets.

I feel your pain lol! I've had it for about two weeks now and I can only manage toast everything else I throw straight back up. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow to see if they can give me any medication you should try doing the same! It makes you miserable doesn't it? How far along are you? Hope it calms down a bit soon xxx

It's horrible, isn't it? If second going to the doctor. They can prescribe anti-emetics that are safe to take. I was a but if a martyr in my first pregnancy and didn't take anything. This time I've had them from 6 weeks and it's been much better! I did still have a week where I could only stomach chocolate hobnobs though!

Go to the GP.

It's 2016. You don't have to suffer Flowers

I would definitely recommend going to your gp. I had severe nausea without vomiting and it was horrendous! I felt so rubbish and with work and running around after 2dc, I wasn't coping. GP prescribed me cyclizine and it was a God send!

The doc can check your pee to make sure no ketones in it. He gave me some tablets and they really helped. I was actually able to get through a shift at work.

Laura - part of hg is the constant retching - totally shatters you and hurts stomach

I prefer being sick then heaving all the time

Know that doesn't make sense but least sick then feel better (ish)

Def go to gp op - plus I didn't see my mw till 9w

Comforting reading your posts I'm going through it from 5 days before missed period (6weeks now) Blush think it was a bug at first now just constantly feeling nausea and weak, don't look forward to work and feel such a weeble! I agree it's like a hungover sensitive tummy. I crave bread and cereal and tummy rumbles but have no appetite. I eat just for the sake of it.... Just need my scan to make sure everything's tickety boo. Is it worth going to the doc or try ginger ale lemonade? X
