Am I pregnant?

So I have the implant in and I have since May, since being on the implant i have never missed a period I've just been a couple days late, except this month, i was suppose to start on the 11th of August and its still yet to come, it will be 3 weeks late this Thursday.. but also 3 weeks ago when i was supposed to start my period i started taking 50mg of Sertaline from my doctor and i was upped to 100mg last week.apparently its uncommon for menstrual irregularities to occur using this medication but i'm not sure? I've been really worried i might be pregnant and that the implant has failed because I've been really constipated recently and had diarrhea, also I've been feeling quite sick when i have been eating and i have stomach ache

i'm planning on buying a pregnancy test this week but in the meantime i researched home made ones and i tried the bleach one where you mix bleach and your urine together because that is supposed to be the most accurate out of all the 'home made pregnancy tests' and it turned out frothy and bubbly like a positive one would be:/ and now i'm really paranoid because i'm not ready for a baby

The only way you would know is if you vise a doctor or take a test. And not a silly home made test. It's all myths you can't make them.

Seriously? No one on here can tell you if you're pregnant. Get a test. It's the only way to know for sure.

Those don't really sound like early pregnancy symptoms tbh. I've never heard of making a home pregnancy test, can't you just get a real one?

Please don't mess with bleach, I've seen that on youtube and lots of people said the bleach and pee mixed together creates a gas, don't know technical term but not very healthy. Its very unlikely to get pregnant on the implant.
