I'm 26 weeks. Have had PGP (mostly specifically symphysis pubis pain) since about 18 weeks; saw a physio who suggested getting a belt, which I've been wearing most days.
I live in a very hilly town and really can't avoid walking up hills, but it's beginning to be excruciating, even with the belt on. I'm already catching all the buses/ getting driven as much as possible (don't have driver's licence, in process of getting it but am not yet up to being able to drive by myself).
Should I go back to the physio and ask for crutches? Or is that likely to make things worse by messing with my back?
