Early pregnancy

Hi all!
I'm only 7 weeks pregnant already I have a bump bigger than friends that are 14+ weeks! My last period was not normally and I did do a pregnancy test that didn't show a clear reading but I'd say looked more negative the day before my last period. I can't bear anything on my waist! I've had awful morning /evening sickness. I can't bear strong food smells! I've had strong pressure feelings on my bump in different places! I don't recall any of these feelings from my previous pregnancys!? I'm getting really paranoid people are talking to my rather than me! We dont want to break the news till after the scan at the earliest we have as we want to hold off telling the children as they get so impatient but think we need to tell them before others. Anyone experienced anything similar! Tips and thoughts would be appricated.

I bloated up like crazy in the first trimester. Then it all goes down and my real bump comes in. I'm 17 weeks now and bumped into someone I hadn't seen for a month and she commented on how she thought I'd be massive by now but was shocked that there was no change. There is always the chance you are expecting twins though!

I looked more pregnant at eight weeks than I did at 20 with DD. Bloating in early pregnancy is really common and then it goes down before you get a real bump appearing. It is said that you start showing earlier in subsequent pregnancies although that hasn't really been the case for me.
