Loss of symptoms 9 weeks

I don't know if I'm being over the top and scaring myself.
I'm 9wks+6 and my sore boobs have gone and I'm not getting nausea anymore. Can this be symptoms of a miscarriage even if I haven't had cramps or bleeding?
Sorry if it seems stupid but I'm so scared

Hi, not wanting to worry you (but know I will!!), for me when I lost symptoms at 8-9 weeks turned out I'd had a MMC. I knew something was wrong, but was told that as long as there is no bleeding or cramps everything is fine. I started having brown spotting at 11 weeks and went to the Epu at that point. However I would say that when I was obsessively googling this at the time, for every 1 story of MMC there seem to be about 50 of people saying that the same happened to them and all was fine. If you are worried please see a GP or speak to your MW - maybe they will refer to EPU, or go for viability scan. Lots of people seem to have this and have a happy ending - best of luck and wishing you well x

I had that myself, i came onto here to ask and lots of people said they'd also had it and it ended up being fine, and mine did. If in any doubt though, you should always go and get it checked out. It'd always better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the replies Flowers

I've tried booking a private scan but the clinic just ain't answering for the past 3 days. I have already had two early scans in the EPAU and worry they will tell me to get lost if I ask for another one. I have my midwife booking appt on Tuesday. I have also redone tests that have come back positive but I'm not sure if that makes a difference TBH.

I had this. Around 8 weeks suddenly started feeling better. I was worried and booked a private scan at a local clinic.
There was a baby and a heartbeat and I'm now 31 weeks.
Try the private scan as it made us feel soooo much better!

So I woke up this morning feeling so sick and my boobs are in agony. Maybe my body was just giving me a couple days off
