Sharp Pain? Any experience?

I'm currently sat at my desk at work.
I'm 6w2d
I have just had a sudden very sharp pain behind my belly button, so sharp t nearly threw me off my chair.
I rushed to the toilet- no blood at all.
I'm worried because in May I had a MC at 8w
I can't speak to any colleagues as no body knows about my pregnancies (plus none have children)
Just to put my mind at rest does anyone know if this is a worry? Or had the same? It was like a cattle prod (well what I imagine that must be like)
So worried.
Unfortunately where I live doesn't have an EPU and I have so far failed to get in touch to sign up to a midwife (been calling 3 times a day for a week- no answer) so can't call them for advice (plus they tret me badly when I miscarried- they didn't want to know)
Thank you. From a worried girl :-(

I would imagine that up by your belly button is unlikely to be pregnancy related, as your uterus won't really have changed shape or size yet.

I do understand your worry though, I lost 6 before I had a successful pregnancy (now have 2 children) and every twinge and cramp has you shooting to the toilet in a panic. All you can do really is wait and hope. Flowers

Oh bless you, 6 times must have been sor horrible for you. I'm glad to hear you have two children.
Since this pregnancy I'm constantly expecting blood at the toilet but been lucky so far. Then today getting this horrible shooting pain has me worried sick.
I hope it's nothing :-(

Tummy muscle spasms near the belly button, very weird sensation.

I started to get them at 7weeks i think, I am 12 weeks tomorrow.

Also experienced pain when sneezing, when i researched this, it again seems many women go through this.

I had a lot of shooting pains around my belly button early on, and in the ligament running from my belly button down. I only had it in this (healthy) pregnancy though, not in the pregnancy I miscarried Smile

Thank you. I've been getting more weird pains, all feel deep inside rather than at the skins surface. But no blood so that's keeping me more positive. Wonder what they are? x

I had stabbing pains, bit lower than you, in every pregnancy.
Worried each time, asked midwife, apparently it's very normal.
It doesn't feel normal at the time though and I think this is just a pregnancy symptom that noone talks about, for some reason. It has eased off each time after 1st trimester.
