Reassure me please!

Am 23 weeks tomorrow. Been having a decent amount of pain this week through my bump, went up to the hospital on Wednesday when it was particularly bad and they said it was growing pains (they were going to do a fetal fibronectin test but the doctor was a little rough with the speculum and made me bleed, so couldn't Hmm). It's mostly in the mornings and I've been very stiff upon waking, pain seems to disappear after a few hours of walking around. Bump is painful when pressed (if I squat down to pick something up have to have legs wide apart, otherwise the pressure on my belly is really unpleasant- it's a glamorous look!). Seems to be better today than yesterday, but just looking for reassurance that this is normal! Am for some reason paranoid about incompetant cervix even though I have zero risk factors and there was no funnelling/cervix looked good from what sonographer could tell at the 20 weeks with the abdominal scan.

The pains have been muscular feeling- like I've done too many sit-ups, or pulling/sharp pain when making certain movements.

Tell me I need to get a grip!

Also, feel like I should say that little one is moving about brilliantly and her kicks are getting stronger daily, so not worried about that Smile

Sounds pretty normal to me. Pressing on my bump hurts and any small knocks, pressure just off my leggings can give me tummy ache. I find it worse in bed, especially lower down and can wake up achey. Did you mention it when you went the hospital? Maybe ask your midwife just in case but sounds normal to me.
