Anti c antibodies in blood group?

Hi all I'm around 9 weeks pregnant have had a call from midwife today as from first routine blood test they founds anti c antibodies. I'm A- blood type and needed anti D injections throughout pregnancy, I'm really confused not sure what this means has anyone been through this before? X

It's similar to D but they don't have any injections they can give you to counteract it

You should be referred to Fetal Medicine for more blood tests and scans
