I am 2 weeks late but didn't think anything of it as my cycle has been so random lately. Do I need an urgent Dr's appointment?

That looks like mine did, I was also 2 weeks late so 6 weeks pregnant when I realised. I'd phone your surgery tomorrow and see if you can book in directly with the midwife, the GP won't really do much except refer you on to them.

Congrats!!! GP visit not urgent- will give you the advice you can see on NHS choices and let you know how you get hold of your dating scan and midwife appointment.

Most areas you self-refer to midwife-
Your gp surgery receptionist should be able to tell you how.
Congrats again.
