Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good pregnancy exercise DVD, I'm currently 8weeks pregnant just getting lost with reading reviews!

Hi

I read up about loads and bought the Erin o'Brien Prenatal fix in the end. It's slightly tougher than other DVDs but I was so used to intense exercise I didn't want a yoga based one. I'm 38 weeks now so won't be using it. If you'd like I will happily post it to you
