Any mums out there had a boy then a girl?

Soo I'm pregnant with my second baby, I currently have a 20 month old son! I feel slightly different with this pregnancy, I feel more moody, have broken out in a few spots and have had a couple of sudden migraines?! Also very exhausted and showing already! With my son I didn't really have any symptoms this early on as only 9 weeks. I have felt nauseous but only for a couple of weeks around 6-8 weeks, not so much recently! Just wondered if anyone out there had a boy then girl with similar symptoms? I would be happy with either sex just having fun guessing 😀

Four boys, now pregnant with a girl. The boys couldn't have been any more different from each other pregnancy wise. Pregnancy one, felt fine etc. Number 2 was awfully sick, baby three spotty, migraines felt nauseous all of the time, baby 4 similar to three but horrendously tired and even worse migraines. This time (girl) I've had migraines and spots again and awful tiredness so same as my last two with the boys.

Congratulations on your girl, I'm not really sure the myths are particularly true, I think all pregnancies can be different and not necessarily mean a certain sex! I just like guessing as I'm too impatient to wait, and it's a bit of fun! can't wait to find out if we're have another boy or a little girl! Thanks for your response xx

It is :) I was convinced ds3 was a girl because of how different it seemed haha. I never get spots so when I did. That was it, I was having a girl lol. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I had a boy then a girl. DS was 23 months when DD was born. Pregnancies were very much the same! My bump looked different (totally different shape each time) but that was probably because my muscles were crap the second time round Grin but symptoms were the same pretty much!

I have 4 girls and now I'm pregnant with a boy. My 3 girl pregnancies where l all the same where I had loads of symptoms and had the morning sickness ect. With this pregnancy I have not felt no where near as bad. People say it's a myth but I believe in some woman a different sex baby produces a different experience in terms of pregnancy symptoms.

I had a boy then a girl
I didn't find out the sex before they were born and both pregnancies were similar with awful hyperemesis

My friend had HG with her second pregnancy only. Her first pregnancy she had minimal symptoms.

Both pregnancies resulted in boys!

Both my pregnancies with boys were completely different.

Boy then girl.

Very different pregnancies, but not sure that means anything? Straightforward pregnancy with my boy. Hypermesis with my girl Sad.

I carried very differently, too, fwiw. Huge, round belly with my boy. Proper 'bowling ball shoved up my jumper', all out front with my girl.

Boy then girl for me. I looked different through each pg but symptoms were very similar and tbh I had very few. Birth stories nigh on identical too. The only difference is I had an allergic recreation to ds's hormones as they ramped up for birth and I was really poorly from 38 weeks, this didn't happen with dd.

DC1 was a boy and I'm now pregnant with a girl and for me the pregnancies have been polar opposites! My pregnancy with DS I had so few symptoms and everything went smoothly, this pregnancy I've had horrible headaches, covered in spots, morning sickness and complications throughout. I am also much more emotional this time around.

For me most of the boy/girl old wives tales were spot on.

I had a boy then girl. First pregnancy was a breeze. No issues whatsoever. Second pregnancy I suffered badly with morning sickness from 5-20 weeks, had loads of heartburn, antenatal depression and postnatal depression.

I don't know what I'm having, but if I had to guess I'd say a girl. Pregnancy with ds was a breeze, lived every minute. Symptoms pretty much since ov with this one! Loads more nausea initially and incredible tiredness. Could be that I'm 6 years older this time though! I had a neat all out front bump with ds but spread out and more weight gain so far this time.

I had a boy (10 months old) and currently 30 weeks pregnant with a girl.

Sickness wasn't as bad with boy and I craved cheese and savoury things, this time round my sickness was awful, I really felt poorly and all I have craved is sugary things!

I had a boy first, then a girl followed by 2 boys. Didn't notice any difference in any of my pregnancies.

I had a boy then a girl! Second pregnancy was tough but 1st was a breeze.

I noticed my sense of smell and taste went really weird and I was spotty and got hypermesis.

I had a boy and then two girls. First pregnancy was very tough, sickness throughout and I was just ill or rundown for all of it (or at least it felt like that), twin pregnancy was a breeze, sickness stopped early on and I had much more energy.

I've got two boys and two girls. The girl pregnancys (my first two) were much tougher, the sickness was a lot worse and I was really tired but with the boys I felt exhausted and mild nausea. I knew my last two were boys from quite early on because I felt so different.

I had a girl then a boy. Identical pregnancies.

Wow thank you for all of the comments. I feel this pregnancy has been fairly similar to my son but I have noticed differences! I just always hear you are more sick when carrying a girl but I haven't really suffered much sickness! It seems all pregnancies can be different thought regardless of sex! Really interesting to read all of your posts! My husband and I have decided we would like this one to be a surprise but im still going to continue to guess. I keep having vivid dreams it's a boy but I remember having vivid dreams my boy was a girl? Lol very strange! I would love one of each but another boy would be great, I know my son would love a baby brother! Xxxx

I had girl then boy, them two pregnancies were completely different. With dd I had ms up to around 26/27 weeks, with ds I had no ms but severe exhaustion.

I'm currently pregnant again, had a scan yesterday and they think it's a girl, this pregnancy has been different to both of them!
