Nexplanon implant/pregnant?

I am new, just joined and need advice. I have the nexplanon implant and it's supposed to come out next year February. Now I've been having very weird symptoms which I've never had before on the implant, not even before a period. Since March my periods have become regular, when they were always irregular. I've never had a normal period on the implant but I guess things change. I've been getting pregnancy symptoms and I know the implant can do this, but my period is now late, I've had dizzy spells, nausea, breasts hurt and swollen, around the nappies look darker to me, light cramping in lower abdomen and a feeling of pressure and also feels a bit hard. Tired more than usual. Then there's the tests. So far now I've taken 6.

3 days before due on:
Clear blue digital - not pregnant
Day before due on:
Sainsbury - very very very faint line, barely visible (thought I was seeing things)
Day late:
Clear blue digital - not pregnant
2 days late:
Sainsbury - very very faint, but a tiny but more visible than the last Sainsbury test.
5 days late:
Clear blue digital - not pregnant (wasn't FMU because best mate said if I was it should come up positive by now)
So took two strip tests, both also negative.

I don't know what to do, I'm starting to think it's all in my head, but the two sainsbury tests are making me think I still could be? I'm not sure what to think and need help! Has anyone gone through this? Confused

Get a blood test. I produce false positives on the urine ones sometimes (wonky hormone condition), blood tests more accurate.

I tried to get a blood test but they just said to have a urine test.

Ffs but they're inconclusive! Push back.

I definitely will, had another faint line this morning so I'm phoning tomorrow and making sure I get a blood test! And either way I'm getting this implant out of my arm, I feel awful, had nausea most of today!
