I started a contract with my employer in November 2015 and it's due to end end of June 2016. It was likely it would either be extended or I would get a perm position. However now I'm 14 weeks pregnant... I'm wondering when I should tell my employer and what if anything I would be entitled to? I will have been there for 7 months by the end of the contract. I really want to stay there as I love the company and don't want to lose my chance of an extension or perm position but I'm wondering if they'll not want to extend now. I will be speaking to citizens advice but just wondered if anyone else had been in a similar position. Please help!
