Early pregnancy signs?

Hi guys
I really need some help I don't know what to think or do :)
I'm experiencing some signs I think are linked to pregnancy I'm about 3 weeks passed my due date for my period and experiencing bloating
Pains in my tummy pelvic area and back
Nausea from time to time
Achy and itchy boobs with tender nipples
Boobs a bit bigger
Metallic taste from time to time
Weeing more frequent
Cravings
Iv done 1 test and it said negative. What do you think I should do next does it sound like a should explore the whole pregnant route or find out what els it could be?

When did you test and did you use first morning urine? I'd be tempted to take another test try a pink dye one as they are supposed to be the most sensitive think superdrug own are pink dye ones

I did my test Tuesday morning and I did use first morning urine it was a clear blue test that I used. Are the pink ones what everybody calls the 'cheap tests'?

I'm not sure if they are cheap but clearblue aren't as sensitive. I got boots own hcg strips when I tested this time and got a positive straight away and was late by 6 days. You got 5 strips in a pack and they weren't expensive

Okay thank you hopefully I'll figure it out because I'm very paranoid it's something bad at the moment as iv been unable to figure anything out.
