Symptoms - what's normal?

I am around 7-8 weeks pregnant. I started off feeling very tired, incredibly sore boobs and over the past week or so, mild nausea. Nothing major, soon passed and nothing more than a bit of dry heaving.
The past couple of days this has all died down. Boobs a little tender but not as sore as they were and otherwise feeling fine. This worries me. The few symptoms I did have are gone and I feel like I should 'feel' pregnant but I just don't. Is this normal? Did anyone else feel fine? I am just worried that something has happened.
My LMP date puts me at nearly 11 weeks pregnant although I have long cycles so know this isn't correct, so I don't have much longer to wait for a scan but even so 12 days feels like ages to wait for reassurance.

My symptoms come and go - I'm almost 10 weeks pg with my second baby.
I panicked last week because I had raging morning sickness with DD, and I've been terribly sick with this pregnancy too - but I had about 3 days where I actually felt normal.....I panicked for no reason. Woke up this morning and threw up 4 times. Vomitjng is horrific, but I'm thankful for it, because it tells me that my baby is doing well!

This is it - I don't want to be feeling sick but at least it's a reassurance!

Also, around 11-12 weeks your placenta starts to take over doing all the work rather than your hormones, so a lot of people start to feel a bit more normal then Smile I'm one of the unlucky ones - I had hyperemesis when pg with my DD and was vomiting until 28 weeks Sad doesn't seem to be so bad this time round!

I'm 18 was with DC2. With both pgs, I had some initial symptoms, then (at different stages each time) the symptoms disappeared just long enough to make me really worth. It's totally normal. Trust me, in a week or so you will be wishing you had no symptoms again Smile

Ok, thank you. Feeling reassured by everyone else's lack of symptoms. I've heard people say so many times 'I just KNEW I was pregnant'. HOW?! Had I not done a test I'm not sure I'd have noticed! These first few weeks are horrible, no outward signs, no solid proof. I like evidence Smile

I didn't really have any symptoms and remember worrying exactly like you are. I didn't start to believe it properly until probably 23 ish weeks when I started feeling kicks (anterior placenta). That and the belly was starting to get noticeable by then Grin

I literally feel exactly the same op! Ben saying since I first found out 3+ weeks ago that if I hadn't done a multitude of test then I'd never know I was pregnant! I'm slightly more tired, have slightly tender boobs and I'm hungry, gassy etc but everything (apart from the boobs) could be explained away/psychosematic! I'm somewhere between 7-8 weeks, from my estimated ovulation week/day Im saying I'm 7+3 but could be a couple of days either way. I still don't believe there's anything in there! I don't want sickness by any means but it's almost like I'm gearing myself up for bad news.

Hello, may I join this thread? I'm 5 weeks, have had lots of symptoms - extreme tiredness, foggy head, headaches, sore boobs, sore stomach, and pains I my womb like it's been stretching... Seems very early to feel all this. Today I have hardly any pains in my womb which has also freaked me out but from what I'm hearing that's normal as it comes and goes...
