Pregnancy and antiphospholipid syndrome

I'm trying to find anyone else in a similar situation as myself. I had 3 miscarriages then diagnosed with antiphospholipid, went on to have a 4th miscarriage, but finally being able to take my aspirin and clexane injections to go on to have my 3 yr old son. I'm now pregnant again and taking my aspirin, but when we went to find the heartbeat to start my clexane, I was measuring very small. I've since had blood test results back that are showing my hormone levels dropping and I'm entering panic mode as I've been here before. I'm wondering if anyone else has antiphospholipid and despite being on aspirin has still miscarried? I honestly thought we had found the 'cure' to this, so feeling quite helpless at the moment.

I'm sorry I can't help you with this. Hopefully someone appears who can answer your question. If not, I wonder if it's worth contacting this place and seeing if they can direct you to someone who can help? www.hughes-syndrome.org/about-hsf/contact-us.php
