I'm now 31 weeks pregnant with my first. I never suffered with heartburn/indigestion pre-pregnancy, but it's now so so bad that I really can't face eating anything because I suffer so much afterwards. I never knew it could be so bad!
Everyone I know has commented on how much weight they think I've lost (this is coming from a good & caring place). I actually have put on a little weight during the pregnancy but I think it's all bump. I'm not so worried about eating for the baby as I know it is growing fine, but I think that if I could eat more then I could feel a little better.
I have struggled during the pregnancy far more than I thought I would with exhaustion, spd, tachycardia and breathlessness, coupled with some horrible news about my mums health which has really affected me.
I know this is trivial on the scale of things but it's just another thing to deal with when I'm already struggling so much, so if anybody has any hints or tips that helped them I'd be really grateful.
