Just wondering how you tell the difference between waters going and a clear watery discharge?
I'm sure it's not accidental baby kick the bladder wee spillage so it has to be one of the others?

Not sure which I would preference so close to 29th Feb Grin

How many weeks are you?

You'd know if it was your waters. I felt a pop then a huge gush! And it keeps coming every time you move, walk, change position, until you give birth.

I'm 38 weeks today so could go any time.
I haven't felt a pop so maybe it is just the discharge

I didn't have an obvious "gush" of waters, but was told they had gone when I went to the hospital in labour.

Midwives weren't surprised, and I know lots of people who didn't realise they'd gone - get checked out if you're not sure.

(I was damp, but thought I was just wet from the constant baths during a long long latent labour Blush )

Mine wasn't a gush either. Just a trickle which didn't really feel like discharge. It was my second though and I just knew. I went into hospital who confirmed it. But didn't start full labour until a few hours later.

Go get checked out - they may be leaking slowly. Mine did for a couple of days before they went with a pop!

I didn't realise mine had went I thought I was wetting myself 😳 I was only 35 weeks so I think I was in denial. I only realised when pains started and I was stuck in the bath. I'd definitely get checked out.

I put a liner in because apparently waters are a bit yellow? Mine hasn't been any colour.

Being pregnant is so fustrating when you don't know what your looking out for

Lie down for an hour or so and then stand up. Waters would pool and you'd feel a gush when you stood. If you're in any doubt you should get checked out as there is a risk of infection if they remain broken and baby does not arrive.
