Yay I found it Smile

Anyone else find around 9 weeks they got really funny tummies (gurgling, wind etc) but still...uh....bunged up?
Getting nervous as last time I had such an odd time digestion wise was prior to mc, although was able to go then.

Ahhhh your welcome guys. I have never done it before so was not sure if somebody had done it elsewhere and I couldn't find you hehe.

bowser I've have had that problem for weeks lol. It's so annoying because it feels like flutters but you know it's wind haha. i understand it makes you nervous because you think back to the mc and you start comparing I've done it so much this pregnancy. However constipation is really normal in pregnancy and actually a positive sign it means your hormones are working as they should be however unpleasant. All our dignity goes out the window when we are preggers. I remember going for my first smear and being so embarrassed. After having my two DD's oh the stories when I think back on them the smear test was nothing.

faries yay our day is nearly here one more sleep. What time is yours? Mines at 2. I hate afternoon appointments. My appointment is going to take. A few hours as I've been put under kings who are doing this baby medication research they give you all your results from bloods etc on the day. I am hoping I am 12+4 tomorrow should be 13+3 be interesting to see if baby's had a growth spurt. Good luck Hun looking forward to hearing your scan story :). Try and keep busy busy busy today.

I am sure somebody else has a scan booked in today an early scan? Sorry I can't get back onto old thread but I'm wishing the best of luck I know how nervous you were.

Happy Wednesday everyone. Xxx

Hellooooo new thread! Thanks keys !! I had no idea how to do it!!
Good luck to those having scans today - I've got another session of acupuncture, hoping she'll calm me down as I'm getting so so worried. My boobs seem much less sore and that was really my only symptom. Xxx

Hi all, I've just found the thread and you messages! Thank you all for thinking of me. Incredibly nervous for my scan, it's at 12pm. I've had much heavier spotting last night so (altho this thread is about staying positive) I'm afraid I'm expecting bad news today.
I hope you all have positive appts and some of your minds can be eased of the worry. I was trying to think when we stop worrying, but we don't do we?! Even after a healthy baby is born, the life worries continue.
Gosh these next 3 hrs are gonna drag!!

Lynsey I've got all fingers, toes and eyes crossed for your scan today - spotting isn't always a sign that things haven't worked.

If it was just the spotting, I don't think I'd be as worried but it's the same as last time and that resulted in a BO. In my healthy pregnancies, I had nothing. I'm 95% sure now that I'm gonna hear bad news. If I don't, I will happily eat my words!!
The comment about having eyes crossed to did make me smile tho! The image of someone walking around seriously crossed eyed is a good one!! Flowers thank you xx

I think come Friday i'll be the same as you - more surprised if it's good news than bad.

keys, my scan is at 09.40, I'm feeling terrified and emotional. I understand what your saying about afternoon scans. That's fantastic that you can receive the results the same day. It sounds like it's going to be quite long afternoon. Take some yummy treats and a good book. I hope your not going alone. I will look forward to hearing some lovely news from you.

Oh Lynsey I am so sorry that you are going through this worry. I really hope that you are blown away with a lovely surprise. I will keep everything crossed for you too.

I'm freaking out a bit today - after 4 days of intense nausea I feel much less sick today. Still a bit 'off' but not as bad as before. I'm 7 weeks 2 days.

lynsey how far gone are you Hun? And did you see a heartbeat? I was always ,earring behind my dates by a week so at my 12 week scan I was sure baby would of caught up but baby hadn't :( so I have to go back tomorrow so by their dates I should be 12+4 but my dates are 13+3.
I have always been told not to worry but because I don't know what exactly theve seen your end Hun I can't really advice.
I am keeping everything crossed you have a positive outcome to your journey Hun. I am so sorry they couldn't give you the reassurance you needed.

turi loads of us have had this. I remember panicked and I think sunday put my mind at rest. It's so normal to not feel as sick as say a few days ago because your hormones double every 2-3 days. So on day 1 your feel awful day two not as bad as being dry getting used to hormones day 3 slightly fading then day 1 your feel rough again. I wouldn't panic to much easier said than done though I know I've been there. Do you have a scan booked in soon?

lex hope acupuncture help today Hun.

bowser will it be your first scan on Friday? They are so nerve wrecking. Even I'm so nervous for tomorrow and I've seen LO twice last week.

By my dates (which I know are correct due to writing them down) I should be exactly 7 wks today. Measurements they took are no where near that, said she thought she could see an embryo but wasn't sure as it measured just 2mm. No heartbeat as it'd be far too small. She said everything else was present and correct, just too small x

Oh I'm so sorry Lynsey, everything crossed for you too and hoping for a positive outcome.

For everyone with varying symptoms- yes it changes day to day, even now I have some better days than others. Hang in there!

Oh Lynsey, I hope little one was just being shy away from the scanner and things have sorted themselves for next week.

Keys it will be second scan on Friday - had one at 7 weeks to check if the current mc was incomplete as was still bleeding heavily but as it turned out it would have been twins, one didn't make it hence the bleeding and thinking I'd miscarried but there was still this little one hanging on in there just precariously.
Booked a private scan as am just so anxious and due to it being less secure than normal I just need to know. Also want to check if the haematoma has healed up as well.
I'm not convinced that it will be good news though, at all. Just a feeling but I hope I'm wrong.

Oh bowser! Remember now Hun I had one of them cleared up by week 9 my last pregnancy I had one also. Try and stay positive like you I thought the worse you can't help but think the worse really I bet these last few weeks have been a horrendous wait for you. I remember it only to well did not sleep for nights with worry but this one is ok there very common. I am keeping everything crossed for you.

lynsey I think we always get a gut feeling about what way it's going to go and mentally prepare ourselves for the worse. You do hear lots of positive stories about going to the next scan and baby is there dancing away. I really hope this next week goes so quickly for you. Sending you big hugs I am keeping everything crossed for you.

Wow dobby forgot to respond to your last post. 37 weeks who would of thought it Hun. As I said before I remember you from the old forum where I had my mc and you had just fallen preggers and saying to me we will be joined together again soon on the pregnancy page. I'm so pleased for you I can't wait to hear your news. I bet your waddling now hehe. As a bonus at least it's not hot I will be due in the Summer the last month of summer the house will be full of fans lol. Good luck with everything Hun and thanks for your supposed port through my first trimester xxx
