Hi, we had our dating scan 4 weeks and they discovered that the amniotic fluid is very low. We then had another scan 2 weeks later and the fluid is even lower and have been diagnosed with Oligohydramnios. Today I got a call from my midwife and she said that she got the results from the Quads test and it came back showing low risk for Down Syndrome but an increased risk for Neural Tube Defects. We are due to have another scan a week on Tuesday with a consultant (we will be 18 weeks then).
Has anyone experienced any of this? I don't know what to do or how to handle this. :(

So sorry to hear you have had worrying news.
I dont have any experience but you might get more appropriate responses if you a) ask for this thread to be moved to the antenatal tests and b) ring arc! They are absolutely fantasic, so knowledgeable and sympathetic.
