no symptom and worried!

Hi, I am new to mn and this topic probably has been discussed so many times. I will be 40 in June and found out I am 6.5 weeks pregnant last week. We have done 2 IVFs before but failed and suddenly naturally conceived out of the blue. I tested positive when I was 13 days missed period, since then I tested everyday and still positive. But apart from the missing period, I don't feel pregnant at all. No sore boobs, no sickness, no tiredness, nothing at all. Instead, I got pinching/ pulling sensation around the lower abdomen, still got period cramp from time to time. Should I be worried ladies???

definitely don't worry - loads of threads like this. I had no symptoms till about 8 weeks and even then they were vague.

It all feels a bit surreal from now till your 12 weeks scan - seeing a baby helps. Can you afford a reassurance scan?

I didn't get symptoms till about 8 weeks and even then they came and went all the time so I wouldn't worry.
Period like cramps are a stretching thing (also had them for quite a while)

definitely normal. my symptoms came around 8 weeks and then went again around 14 weeks. i now feel nothing and want to feel something! got 20 week scan on monday
