New here - hi guys! 37 weeks, I just had the most intense wave of sadness at an animal cruelty post on Facebook. Don't get me wrong I'm an animal lover and generally compassionate to the horrid things that happen in this world BUT the intensity of my reaction threw me!

Is it my body getting me prepared for the mixture of emotions that will come with being a new mum?!?

What a journey this is!!

I'm sensitive anyway but even worse whilst pregnant - am also. 37 weeks.

Criticism really affects me more than usual too.

Yep, and it's got worse since birth. I'm not normally sensitive, in fact my family describe me as a cold hearted bitch (in a loving way Blush). But in the latter stages of pregnancy and since birth 3 weeks ago I'm a total softy, almost anything sad/ emotive sets me off!
