How to make boyfriend's birthday special whilst 40 weeks pregnant or with newborn baby?

It's my boyfriend's 25th birthday next week. I'll be 40 weeks pregnant or may have even had him. I've felt terrible the whole pregnancy and he's looked after me so well, so I want to make his birthday special, but will obviously be limited as to what we can do. I don't think I'm going to want to go out anywhere, and definitely won't if we've had the baby, but what else can I do? I thought about a takeaway, and I'll get him a cake and stuff, but can anyone think of anything I can do to make it extra special? I've got him some nice presents from me, what could I get him from bump/baby... if he's here, I want to get him a photo frame for his desk at work and have got him some 'I love my daddy' type baby books for him to read to him. Any other ideas? There's lots of daddy mugs etc. out there, but am trying to think of something a bit different x

My dh got ds for his 40th! I did get as far as making cake while in labour but that's all I managed!
