At 5 weeks 5 days, mine was a lot smaller than that so I'd say more like 8-9 weeks.

Just asking because my due date passed 5 days ago and I'm now impatient and a natual born worrier! They said 8 weeks 2 days but wanted other opinions because I didn't believe I was so far gone at the time. Thanks anyway guys.

No one on here can give you the faintest clue from a photo! You need measurements. However, those measurements can easily be up to a week out. I knew for a fact that my dates were right, but my scan put me a 8 days further along. Sure enough DS showed up 13 days over by their dates, but the exact same gestation as both his sisters by mine...

Is your bump measuring small at midwife appointments? If so have you been sent for a growth scan?
It would be unusual to see more than a tiny speck at 5-6 weeks.

There are some really bizarre threads on this board at the moment.

Surely your HCPs would be able to give you far better advice on how imminent birth is than some MNers looking at a scan picture from very early pregnancy?

At 12 weeks +5 they said I was 13+2 weeks so moved my due date from the 22nd of November to the 18th. And I've been for 5 scans in total, all measurements seem on par apparently. I do have a physical disability so maybe she's just having a hard time getting in position because of my pelvis. Who knows.

They keep telling me she's not engaged, I'm dialated 1cm and had a membrane sweep but nothing has come of it.

And yeah, she's always measured to weeks behind when my midwife does the bump measurements. Strange.

I highly doubt that picture was 5.5 weeks - my scan at around that time showed a tiny bean and a yolk sac (attached)

My scan at 7.5 weeks looked similar to the one you posted, but still a bit smaller than yours. So my non-medical opinion is that 8 weeks looks about right!
