Argh! I have piles!! Pelvic floor not great :-(

I have piles...how awful...

Second pregnancy, 6 months pregnant and in the last week I've felt a bit of soreness around the tail end and now noticed a small pile. No pain or bleeding thankfully.

I've bought anusol today and know not to get constipated.

At the same time I've also noticed that I can't hold my wee for long now and have to rush to the toilet. My poor pelvic floor clearly isn't happy.

Please tell me that this will all go once the baby is born....
Any tips on helping.
