Sorry guys for tmi! But today I've been suffering something chronic with headaches and sickness! I've not been able to keep anything down! I've slept and tried to eat small amounts even water is become a pain to drink! Any body out there that can advise on what I can take/do to help? Tia

Same here. Stuck at home and worrying about taking time off work. I'm 12 weeks and today was the first time I'd actually been physically sick... :(

I went to bed at 5.30 last night and slept through until 4.30am when my alarm went off for work! Still have a slight headache but no where as bad as it was! I'm going to talk to my boss about my shifts early mornings are just not helping me I feel awful in the mornings! Just thinking it's the stress of dragging my butt out of bed at that time that's making me feel so ill! Hope you both manage to find a way to help X

Bless ya I hope your time off helps you to feel better! I've managed to shift mine at last! And actually managed to keep down a mixture of pizza and steak for tea!

Just be careful, as I had the same thing. Couldn't get anything down. Just the taste of water made me gag. I couldn't even shower without vomiting. After about 1 week of me not eating good my husband took me to emergency because I was weak and my stomach hurted so much from vomiting. And I had this terrible headache that not even painkillers helped. Turned out I was so dehydrated they had to put me on IV to get some fluids back in my body.

I was about 11/12 weeks pregnant at that time. And based on the doctor pretty common during those weeks..

Good luck! And congrats..
