Anyone have any experience of this I'm 36 weeks and due to some antibody results the consultant is monitoring baby as he's at risk of heart block.
I'm. Worried sick. They are doing weekly scans which doesn't seem often enough and just said its fir me to to monitor the movements I just wish he was born soon so he can be checked properly :(

Can you not ask if its possible to be induced in the next week or two? If they think it's necessary they will say yes

Hi newly thanks for answering- I did ask last week (I was 35 and 5 days then) and consultant said he is satisfied with weekly scans and trusts me to report changes in movement?! I'm out of my head with worry I will ask again at this weeks scan but they don't seem to be listening :(

No advice here but take care and try not to stress too much, do some things to take you out of yourself (easier said than done I know). Good luck xx

Inducing early isn't always the best.

I opted for 38 week induction, I could have gone to 40 weeks, it can be very difficult as the baby isn't ready to come out, it took 4 days and caused more stress really to the baby.

If the consultant is happy with your progress I would just ride it out.
