Hi guys, its me worry wart!!!

I haven't been feeling pregnant the last couple of weeks which ive been told is normal, am a bit worried because of previous missed miscarage! , but now am worried because when I tell people how far I am they say I should have a bump because they did at this stage, even when I lie down I don't feel anything hard, im not skinny but not fat either about a size 14.

Is anyone else having or had this with their growing body???

xxxx

Try to relax. At 15 weeks your baby and uterus aren't that big. Everyone's body is different and will show in different ways. I didn't have a noticeable bump until around 20 weeks and I'm a size 14 (and 6ft tall). Even now at 27 weeks my bump isn't particularly noticeable.

hi, I am nowhere near a bump and I will be 15 weeks in a couple of days. Anytime I see some bloat, I think OOOOH, this is it! (and then I have my weekly poo and realise it was only constipation.)

my sister was still in all of her normal clothes until 20 weeks, and we have pretty similar body shapes (she is like a one size down version of my exact shape.) I ma normally an 8-10, so it's not like there's anywhere really for the baby to hide, so I reckon he's just tucking himself away until he's ready to pop out and say hello!

The one thing I have learned quickly about pregnancy (this is my first) is to listen sweetly to what other people have to say when they are giving you 'helpful' advice about why your pregnancy/ body/ baby is somehow flawed compared to their experience, and to nod along blithely, while mentally filing in the 'bag of shite' compartment in my brain. I never let that sweet smile slip, though!
I'm sure you're absolutely perfect just the way you are, and your baby is too.

as pp said, its really not weird to have no bump at 15 weeks. I was definitely getting thicker round the middle by 15 weeks but my friend who pre-pregnancy has a near identical body shape to me basically didn't look pregnant until she was about 25 weeks! We are/were both 5ft 10 and a size 10/12 so pretty slim (but not skinny). It doesn't seem to be connected to size as far as I can tell. But 15 weeks is early! I would say no bump is more common than bump at that stage.

I'm 15 weeks and a size 14. I like to tell myself I have a bump now because I really want one and am tired of feeling pregnant without looking it... But actually all that I have so far is a definite who ate all the pies look Hmm I'm still wearing all my normal clothes but they're a bit tighter around my boobs and my waist. I have stopped wearing jeans and am wearing jeggings instead now though.

I normally am a size 12 - first pregnancy I did have a bump until about 18 weeks. This is my third pregnancy now and I definitely look pregnant at just under 16 weeks... Basically, it could be a little while yet so try not to worry!

I'm 31 weeks and I've only just really started to show massively in the last 4-5 weeks. at 15 weeks I looked normal like I wasn't even pregnant so don't worry. and for people being in the own clothes still most of my tops and blouses I can still fit into so guess I'm lucky that I didn't have to buy any clothes haha

I was the same then and I'm not even that big now at 18. I'm pretty sure most of it is digestive bloat as well as bump but when I wake up first thing and if I lie on my back...

Also lack of fetal movement (at the moment) and feeling ok means I mostly fairly not pregnant. Counting down to my 20 week scan (2 weeks!)

(this is my first as well, if you ike I'll dig out the photo hubster took of me at 15 weeks)

This was me at the weekend, 19 wks with baby number 6. I am basically at that, look like I have put a bit of weight on/getting a bit podgy looking stage... Normally get a bump between 20-24wks?

I have gone to my 20wk scan wearing Mt normal jeans each time but with an elastic band round the top button!

The funny bumpy bit is the tip button of my jeans that keeps folding over, most annoying.

Totally normal. Even on my 3rd time around I didn't have a noticeable bump until 18 weeks or so and I'm short & size 14. Try not to worry!

On the other hand, I'm 14 weeks and don't have a bump as such but definitely much much bigger stomach. None of my trousers fit any more! Trouble is, I feel it's too early for everyone to know since I haven't told my mum yet, but the few friends I have told, they said they had noticed my belly! Argh I'm so paranoid trying to cover it up!

I am 23 weeks and just moved from normal jeans today. Pic at 21 weeks shows no bump to the untrained eye yet 20 wk scan all measurements were normal. Just enjoy your full wardrobe while you still can Smile
