Advice on this please...

Im 28 and have irregular periods (they have never been normal really) I went nearly 16 mths without 1 then finely had 1 then the following month had another around the same date (finely thought it was sorted)... then didn't have one for 2 mths!!

Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for over 3 yrs now...with no joy!

So this week my breasts started hurting, nipples sore, with them dotty things sticking out more than normal,2 days I've had slight spotting of blood very pale when I wipe or in my underwear (not enough to wear a tampax /pad) belly feels bloated,I'm very snappy and feel like crying non stop. Last 2 weeks my sleep has been awful wide awake to the early hours cant get comfy. Over the last week I've gone from not wanting to do anything to cleaning non stop rushing about doing stuff but end up being it of breath and needing cold drinks non stop,I've also had a few ache type sharp ish pains in my tummy, back ache/bum/leg ache.

I'd be grateful if you were able to shed some light on this for me?! I don't want to do a test if is clearly going to say negative!

Thank you

hi pink noone can say for sure, and many women have definitely felt like they had ALL the preggo symptoms and then AF has arrived!...but if you've not had these symptoms before and you've had some unprotected sex then you could be in line for a bfp smile

i'd probably take a test next week to find out (a good one like an FRER), and if negative, take another in a week or two.

have you seen a dr about your irregular cycles or ttc for so long?

good luck
