Hi all, this is me second pregnancy and recently i have been having awful braxton Hicks. They are proper drop what you are doing and sit down until they pass and come regularly for around half an hour then pass.
They weren't as bad with dc1 buti think this baby is bigger and maybe stretching more?
It's anyone these suffering and can offer and advice please?

yep, they can get worse with each pg, take your breath away, Hulk hugging your belly types - totally normal, but unpleasant.
I felt them with my 7th from about 14-15 weeks!

try not to worry, but now you know BH might happen several times a day so plan your day differently, give yourself more time to get to places, just in case one might take you a few minutes or even a quarter an hour to recover from.

they mean nothing in terms of going in to labour, all of mine were overdue!

as always, if you are worried, talk to MW or GP or triage at hospital and/or get checked

Congratulations btw!smile
