Hi. This morning i woke to loosing some of my plug. I had a sweep this morning not long after and my midwife says its not very often her sweeps fail as shes very rough and must say did hurt me!. Because i started loosing my plug when she did the sweep iv bled abit and had aching and period pains since. Can anyone recommend anything to help the sweep more affective. Im exactly 40 weeks today xxx

Sounds promising! I had 5 with DS and none of them produced even as much as a twinge so I'd say things are looking hopeful for you. Fingers crossed.
