Rib/ligament pain?

I know I've seen a thread on this before but was just wondering if this is the same....

I have a sore spot at the very top left side of my bumpright under my breast. It really starts to hurt when I've been on my feet for a while (for example grocery shoppingor any shopping really ). Mostly its just a constant ache except when I breath in deeply and then it gets sharper.

Does that make any sense? Is this rib pain? Ligaments? Pulled muscle? Should I be concerned? I'm 27 weeks +5. I've had a pinched nerve there in the past but this feels nothing like a pinched nerve.
