Hi, since last night my belly has been sore and uncomfortable. It's all felt very hard. I thought it might be BH but it's constant. Last night no matter how i sat it was very uncomfortable for hours. Its not as bad this morning but still there. Do you think i might have just over done it a bit or something more?
