Would love to see your bump pictures at 16 weeks. My belly is really sticking out now and my mum and sister said it's quite big for 16 weeks. I'm feeling a bit self conscious about it so looking for bump pictures around this time. Thank you.

I've had a bump since about week 12! This was me on Saturday at 17+1. Xx

What a lovely bump! Feeling better now. I was shopping today and dreaded anyone asking how far gone I was but it looks like it's normal. I've been making friends etc feel it because I'm paranoid thinking they might think I'm sticking it out.

This is mine.

MissMartin10 Tue 21-Jul-15 20:19:06

I've had my bump since 12 weeks but im pretty bloated aswell lol grin

Frillsandspills Tue 21-Jul-15 20:21:56

Excuse my pyjamas but this is me at 18+4. I didn't have a bump at 16 weeks but this sprouted over the last few days. A woman I know told me there's nothing of me and she was bigger than this at 16 weeks.

This is my first child just curious are those of you with a big bump having your first?

spnfan Tue 21-Jul-15 20:22:26

I'd say it's totally normal! (If it's not at least we know there's at least one other person in the world that's the same!)

Your bump looks very cute! I was a bit shy about bump to begin with but I adore it now! I find myself digging in my wardrobe for whatever will show it off best! grin X

frills yep. This is pregnancy number 1!

Frillsandspills Tue 21-Jul-15 20:27:12

I'm a little jealous of all the nice rounded bumps. Mine looks quite podgy in normal clothes so I'm hoping soon it fills out a little more and looks nice and neat!

MissMartin10 Tue 21-Jul-15 20:44:28

yep #1 for me aswell

spnfan Tue 21-Jul-15 20:49:16

Frills - I hope you ignored that woman! I've an acquaintance who is 25 weeks and has next to no bump. We're all different! Plus your bump looks as big as mine! X

ejclementine Tue 21-Jul-15 20:52:22

This is my first too. I'm so pleased to see all these lovely bumps!

ejclementine Tue 21-Jul-15 21:00:40

Frills that looks like a lovely bump to me. ☺️

Frillsandspills Tue 21-Jul-15 21:06:21

Aw thank you so much!

I was a bit worried everyone seemed to think I should be bigger but as you say everyone is different and to me it's huge since I went so long with a completely flat stomach!

Sapat Tue 21-Jul-15 21:11:50

For my first I think I started wearing pregnancy clothes at 15-16 weeks, so I guess the bump was there, but also because it was just more comfortable. If you feel self conscious wear a dress or tunic, it is less noticeable in the early stages. Enjoy your bump and be proud!

I compared a photo of myself from the day we found out I was pregnant and last week. I was astonished at the difference! I adore my new shape but my god I didn't appreciate the old one!!

MissMartin10 Tue 21-Jul-15 21:20:55

you all have beautiful bumps grin

i find tunics and dresses make me look bigger than any other clothes as you can see the full bump lol

sarkymare Tue 21-Jul-15 21:35:24

Aw I love a good bump photo! You're all looking lovely.

missmartin I want your bedroom!

MissMartin10 Tue 21-Jul-15 22:06:23

I had a little bump at 16 weeks, I used to just say I was 4 months as it sounds like more lol. It's my second through so showed a lot sooner. Can't upload pics on mobile app and can't see any either how rubbish is this!!

jmac88 Wed 22-Jul-15 10:08:50

This is me at 15 weeks 1st pregnancy! Definitely a bit of added podge there too but have already moved on to maternity tops/leggings/tights and stretchy skirts to feel comfy!

MrsC86z Thu 23-Jul-15 20:14:23

This may sound silly but does anyone one else look twice the size in the evening? I am also 16 weeks but my bump is definitley bigger and firmer in the evening - worried I am over eating!

ejclementine Fri 24-Jul-15 11:16:57

Mine is bigger and firmer after my evening meal. I think it's a build up of gas / fluid in the day maybe?

Frillsandspills Fri 24-Jul-15 12:30:59

Mine is bigger in the evening too!
I often get disappointed in the morning when it's shrunk a little

MrsC30 Fri 24-Jul-15 13:14:12

Love comparing bump pics!

I'm 32+1 and my bump still gets bigger And firmer as the day goes on and then some mornings I wake up and it's barely there! So I'm afraid that doesn't change as the pregnancy goes on!!!
